Dr. Rain, President, serves as the firm′s Principal Investigator and Senior Consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (The Citadel, Charleston, S.C.), a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge) and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with minors in Clinical Psychology and Statistics (Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge). He is a member of the American Evaluation Association, the Southeast Evaluation Association, the American Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the International Personnel Management Association. He has served under contract as a technical assistant to the Juvenile Justice Resource Center and the Office of Justice Programs, National Institute of Justice and the U.S. Department of Education.
Ms. Brehm Rain, Vice President, serves as Director of Operations and New Product Development, and coordinates project needs with client expectations. She holds of Bachelor of Science in Social Science from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and she completed Master’s Level coursework in Health Sciences, also at Alabama. She is a certified parent educator and Certified Professional Coach, as well as an author of technical publications for federal technical assistance contractors and agencies. She is a member of the American Evaluation Association, the Southeast Evaluation Association, the American Association of Health Educators, the International Association of Coaching, the Writers-Editors Network, and the Small Publishers, Artists and Writers Network.
Both principals have provided technical assistance to and/or trained grantees funded by federal agencies on the purpose and components of evaluation, effective report development, and other topics of interest to community- and school-based project directors working with evaluation.
The principals of the firm combine their expertise in organizational diagnostics and dynamics, health promotion, program design and implementation, and research and evaluation to ensure clients’ projects meet the integrity and scientific worthiness demanded by funding agencies and the profession. At the same time, the principals' combined experience ensures that project and assessments work hand-in-hand, synergistically, in real-time, and in response to real-world challenges and opportunities.
